Kinesio Taping Method

The clinic uses the Kinesio Taping method. This form of taping is effective at aiding in the treatment of a number of conditions from postural problems to specific sports injuries. It is a great way to relax tight muscles and stimulate weak muscles between sessions for a faster recovery time.
